The main aim of present paper is to analyze human resources management areas and models. According to scientific literature analysis there has been adopted essentials aspects of this field selecting ,,LUX International’’ company and its activities observation. The present paper divided into several parts: theoretical aspects of personnel management, marketing company theoretical aspects, situation analysis and practical part. Scientific literature analysis of human recourses management consist of overviews taking into account the concept of human resource management including functions of the systems, theories and models.
